Online Return Policy:

• Within 15 days, with the original packaging and tags attached: Receive a refund minus a 25% restocking fee in the original form of payment.
• By Mail: Complete the return form on the back of your original packing slip to receive a refund in the original form of payment.
• PayPal: Within 30 days, a full refund will be issued to the PayPal account that was used to purchase the item.
• All gift card purchases are final. Gift cards and store credits cannot be returned, exchanged or redeemed for cash (unless required by state law), and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.

Can I return an item after 15 days or without original receipt/packing slip?
Items returned after 15 days online or without original receipt or packing slip will not receive a refund or credit.
How do I know if you’ve received my online return?

I can’t find my tracking information. Can you resend it?
Yes. Contact Customer Service at 1-954-899-2305 and the information will be resent to you.
How can I cancel my order?
All orders have approximately a 15-minute window before processing is complete, and can be cancelled by contacting 1-954-899-2305. After the 15-minute window period, the order cannot be cancelled, and will have to be returned to receive a refund.
Can I return my gift card or e-gift card?
Gift card purchases are final. Gift cards and store credits cannot be returned, exchanged or redeemed for cash (unless required by state law), and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.
I received an item as a gift. Can I return it?
Yes, with a gift receipt. Call on customer support line to exchange your product for another one.

Store Return Policy:

• Within 30 days, with the original receipt and tags attached: Receive a refund in the original form of payment.
• With no receipt or tags attached: Receive store credit for the current selling price at the time of return.
• PayPal: Items bought and returned in store via PayPal will receive a Charming Charlie gift card within 30 days of return.
• With a gift receipt or international return: Exchange the item or receive a store credit within 30 days.
• Exclusively for Charm Club members: Members have a full year to receive store credit for the amount paid at the time of transaction.
